Act No. 1853
under the provisions of Act .Numbered Sixteen hundred and ninety-five, the Provinces of Benguet, Lepanlo-Bontoc, Nueva Vizcaya, and Agusan are debarred from participation in the special fund of ten per centum of internal-revenue collections created by said Act, to be paid into the road and bridge fund of certain provinces; and,
Section 1. The— Provinces of Benguet, Lepanto-Bontoc, Nueva Vizcaya— shall be entitled on the basis of their population to their— population to their pro rata share of the special fund of ten per centum of internal-revenue collections created by Act numbered Sixteen hundred and ninety-five for payment into the road and bridge fund of certain provinces.
Section 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred. 1aшphi1
Section 3. This Act shall take effect on July one, nineteen hundred and eight.
