Section 1. Justices of the peace in the Moro Province shall have original jurisdiction to try persons charged with infraction of municipal ordinances arising within the limits of their respective territorial jurisdictions: Provided, however . That this provision shall not be construed to repeal in any way the provisions of section twenty-seven of Act Numbered Seven hundred and eighty-seven, as amended. 1aшphi1
