the recent typhoons have caused unprecedented destruction of roads, bridges, trails, and public buildings throughout the Mountain Province, thereby interfering with the operations of the provincial government, rendering communication and the transportation of supplies difficult, and imposing hardship and suffering on the people on account of the resulting increased cost of living: Now, therefore,
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in— Mountain Province, the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred thousand pesos for the repair and construction of roads, bridges, trails, and public buildings in the Mountain Province. 1aшphi1
Section 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
