Section 1. (awÞhi( There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of twelve thousand five hundred pesos, to be expended in the discretion of the Secretary of Commerce and Police in the extension of the water supply system of the city of Baguio.
All revenue of the water supply system of the city of Baguio on and after July first, nineteen hundred and twelve, shall be kept as a, separate fund to be expended by the Bureau of Public Works under the direction of the Secretary of Commerce and Police for the maintenance, improvement and extension of said system.
