Section 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of fifteen thousand pesos, to be expended by the Philippine Exposition Board created by Act Numbered Twenty-two hundred and twenty-four, for the purpose of enabling the Mountain Province and the Provinces of Nueva Vizcaya and Agusan to make exhibits of their products, industries and resources, at the Philippine exposition to be held in Manila in the year nineteen hundred and fourteen.
