Act No. 2414
AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS FOR TEMPORARY REPAIR OF BRIDGES ON THE BENGUET ROAD, AMENDING SECTION ONE OF ACT NUMBERED NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY-NINE MAKING THAT PORTION OF THE BENGUET ROAD WITHIN THE MOUNTAIN PROVINCE A TOLL ROAD, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any funds Appropriation, in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of fifteen thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for temporary repair of bridges on the Benguet Road and other incidental expenses necessitated thereby, the balance if any to be returned to the Insular Treasury upon the opening of the Naguilian Road for traffic.
Section 2. Section one of Act numbered Nineteen hundred and fifty-nine is hereby amended to read as follows:
"
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its passage.
