AN ACT MAKING APPLICABLE TO THE DEPARTMENT OF MINDANAO AND SULU ALL LAWS RELATING TO THE BUREAU OF AGRICULTURE NOW IN FORCE IN PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES ORGANIZED UNDER ACTS NUMBERED EIGHTY-THREE AND EIGHTY-TWO, AND THEIR AMENDMENTS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Section 1. All laws relating to the Bureau of Agriculture now in force m provinces and municipalities organized under Acts Numbered Eighty-three and Eighty-two, and their amendments, are hereby made applicable to the Department of Mindanao and Sulu and shall have full force and effect therein. Section 2. Act Numbered— Sixty-seven— of the— Legislative Council entitled "An Act to prevent the further introduction into the Moro Province of epidemic diseases of large cattle, and to provide measures for the suppression of the present epidemic of such diseases, and making appropriation for the expenses thereof," is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
