Section 1. Act Numbered Twenty-four hundred and seventy-two of the Philippine Legislature, entitled "An Act repealing Acts Numbered Eight hundred and seventeen, Eight hundred and thirty-four, and Twenty-one hundred and twenty-one by changing the method of appointment of locust boards, and.by denning the relation of the Bureau of Agriculture to locust boards, to be known as the 'Locust Act,' " is hereby made applicable to the Department of Mindanao and Sulu.
