Act No. 2661
AN ACT MAKING APPLICABLE TO THE CITY OF BAGUIO, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, THAT PART OF ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SIX HUNDRED AND FIFTY-SEVEN, KNOWN AS THE "ADMINISTRATIVE CODE," CONTAINED IN CHAPTER FIFTY [ONE], SECTIONS TWENTY-FIVE HUNDRED AND TWENTY TO TWENTY-FIVE HUNDRED AND FIFTY-FOUR, INCLUSIVE, KNOWN AS "THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF BAGUIO."
Section 1. That part of Act Numbered Twenty-six hundred and fifty-seven, entitled "An Act constituting an Administrative Code," contained in chapter fifty [one], sections twenty-five hundred and twenty to twenty-five hundred and fifty-four, inclusive, known as "The Charter of the City of Baguio," is hereby made applicable to the city of Baguio, Mountain Province, and shall have full force and effect therein.
Section 2. All actions taken and things done prior to the enactment of this Act, with respect to carrying out any of the provisions of the Administrative Code applying to the city of Baguio, are hereby legalized, ratified, and confirmed. ℒαwρhi৷
Section 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
