Section 1. The Administrative Code is hereby amended by striking from the list of Acts thereby repealed in their entirety, Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and ninety-seven.

Section 2. Sections three and four of Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and ninety-seven are hereby declared again in force. ℒαwρhi৷

Section 3. Whoever in a solemn affirmation made in any of the cases covered by section three of Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and ninety-seven makes a false statement shall incur the penalties prescribed by said section three.
