Section 1. For the purposes of the survey, classification and demarcation of the public lands and of the forest zones thereon, there are hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following sums, which shall be added to the appropriations made in section one , subsections GG and HH, of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-five:
