Section 1. There is hereby granted to General Emilio Aguinaldo, in recognition of the services rendered by him to the cause of the Philippine Revolution, a life pension of twelve thousand pesos, to be paid in monthly installments at the end of each month, out of the appropriation made in section 1-D-91 of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-five. Section 2. The sum necessary to pay the pension provided for in this Act shall be appropriated in the General Appropriation Act each year.
