Section 1. - Subsection (Q) of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-one hundred and twenty-three, entitled "An Act appropriating funds for the necessary expenses of the Government of the Philippine Islands during the fiscal year ending December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and twenty- four, and for other purposes," is hereby amended by adding, at the end thereof, the following proviso:
" Provided, That out of the funds appropriated for the Bureau of Customs, the sum of thirty-seven thousand eight hundred and sixteen pesos and thirty-two centavos shall be set aside for payment to Lung Chea Kung Kee & Co. ℒαwρhi৷ for the twelve thousand five hundred sacks of flour belonging to said company, erroneously delivered to another mercantile firm by a subordinate employee of the Bureau of Customs, according to the decision of the Supreme Court in the case entitled 'Lung Chea Kung Kee & Co. vs. V. Aldanese, Insular Collector of Customs,' R. G. No. 21362."
