Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, corporation, or association to export seeds of the plant commonly known as "abaca" and its derivatives.
Section 2
Section 2. Violations of this Act shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one month nor more than one year, or by a fine of not less than fifty pesos nor more than two thousand, or both, in the discretion of the court, and the seeds which it is attempted to export shall be forfeited to the Government.
