Section 1. The sum of thirty-six thousand pesos is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, for the initial operating expenses of the branch college of Liberal Arts created by Act Numbered Twenty-nine hundred and fifty-six. The operating expenses of this branch college in the succeeding years shall be included in the annual appropriation for the university of the Philippines in the General Appropriation Law. 1aшphi1
