Section 1. Act Numbered Thirty-four hundred and fifty-three is hereby repealed and subsection (g) of Act Numbered Thirty-four hundred and twenty-seven is restored as it was before its amendment by said Act Numbered Thirty-four hundred and fifty-three: Provided, That the municipality of Dapitan, Province of Zamboanga, shall refund all preliminary expenses properly and legally incurred so far by the municipality of Dipolog or its inhabitants, by voluntary contributions, for the construction of the hospital referred to in Act Numbered Thirty-four hundred and fifty-three. 1aшphi1
