Act No. 4012
AN ACT MAKING AN ANNUAL APPROPRIATION NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS, FROM THE INCOME DERIVED FROM THE PENAL COLONIES UNDER THE BUREAU OF PRISONS, TO CONSTITUTE A SPECIAL FUND FOR THE PROMOTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND INDUSTRY IN SAID COLONIES AND FOR ENCOURAGING AND PROMOTING VOCATIONAL TRAINING AMONG THE COLONISTS.
Section 1. A sum not to exceed twenty-five thousand pesos is hereby set aside annually from the income of the penal colonies, to constitute a special fund which shall be disbursed, subject to the approval of the Philippine Legislature, for the promotion and development of agriculture, and industry in the penal colonies and for encouraging and promoting vocational training among the colonists. 1aшphi1
Section 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
