Section 1. Subject to the rules and conditions established in Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred and thirty-six, there is hereby granted to Jesus Va—o, for a period of thirty-five years from the approval of this Act, the right, privilege and authority to construct, maintain and operate an electric light, heat and power system for the purpose of generating and distributing electric light, heat and power, for sale within the limits of the municipality of Calape, Province of Bohol, Philippine Islands: Provided, however , That any deposit made or bond furnished by said Jesus Va—o in accordance with Act Numbered Thirty-five hundred and ten shall be considered as a deposit made or bond furnished by him for the purposes of the present Act. 1aшphi1
