Section 1. To facilitate the collection of revenues for the existing quarter and the rend item by the Collector of Internal Revenue of the Islands of the statements required in section eighteen of the Provincial Government Act, the provincial treasurers appointed under said Act shall not assume their duties as collectors of internal revenue until the beginning of the next quarter of the fiscal year, April first, nineteen hundred and one. 1aшphi1
