Delegation of Authority

SECTION 1. Delegation of Authority. – The authority to accept the resignations of presidential appointees working under the Office of the President and its attached agencies from the level of Assistant Secretary and below is hereby delegated to the Executive Secretary.

SEC. 2

Repealing Clause

SEC. 2. Repealing Clause. – All executive orders and other issuances and authorizations not consistent with this Administrative Order are hereby modified or repealed.

SEC. 3

Effectivity
