Constitution of a National Organizing Committee
SECTION 1. Constitution of a National Organizing Committee.
A National Organizing Committee is hereby created to ensure the successful conduct of the International Conference on Anti-Terrorism and Tourism Recovery. The National Organizing Committee shall be composed of the following officials of the government:
Secretary, Department of Foreign Affairs

Chairman
Secretary, Department of Tourism
–
Co-Chair
National Security Council Adviser
–
Co-Chair
Secretary, Department of National Defense
–
Member
Secretary, Department of the Interior and Local Government
–
Member
Presidential Adviser on Strategic Concerns
–
Member
DFA Undersecretary Lauro L. Baja, Jr.
–
Member
DOT Undersecretary Evelyn B. Pantig
–
Member
NSC Deputy Director General
–
Member
The National Organizing Committee is hereby authorized to call upon any department, bureau, office, agency, or instrumentality of the Government for any assistance it may need in the discharge of its duties and functions.

The National Organizing Committee shall create working committees and designate the members thereof from their respective departments and other departments/agencies, as may be necessary, to ensure the success of the International Conference on Anti-Terrorism and Tourism Recovery.

The Secretariat of the National Organizing Committee shall be designated from among its member departments.

Funds

Funds.
The amount of FOUR MILLION (P4,000,000.00) PESOS, is hereby authorized to be released chargeable against the Office of the President, to be disbursed exclusively for purposes of the conference subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

This Administrative Order shall take effect immediately.
