DESIGNATING THE MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE COMMITTEE THAT WILL CONSIDER WITH THE MALAYSIAN GOVERNMENT WAYS AND MEANS TO IMPLEMENT THE MALAYSIAN GOVERNMENT’S ASSURANCES TO ASSIST IN THE PHILIPPINE ANTI-SMUGGLING DRIVE.

WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary that a Philippine Committee be designated to sit down with a counterpart group of the Malaysian Government for the purpose of considering ways and means to implement the Malaysian Government’s assurances to assist in the Philippine anti-smuggling drive; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E.
