AMENDING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 469 ENTITLED “CREATING A FACT-FINDING COMMISSION WITH PLENARY POWERS TO INVESTIGATE THE CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING THE ASSASSINATION OF FORMER SENATOR BENIGNO S. AQUINO, JR., AND ALLOW A FREE, UNLIMITED AND EXHAUSTIVE INVESTIGATION INTO ALL ASPECTS OF THE TRAGEDY”
The composition of the fact-finding commission to investigate the circumstances surrounding the assassination of former Senator Benigno S. Aquino, Jr. is hereby amended as follows: 1 Chief Justice Enrique Fernando Chairman 2. Former Justice Julio Villamor member 3. Former Justice Ruperto Martin member 4. Former Justice Guillermo Santos member 5. Former Justice Felix Antonio member 6. Two (2) members to be designated by the Batasang Pambansa Done in the City of Manila, this 22nd day of September, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty-three. (Sgd.) FERDINAND E.
