DESIGNATING THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL BANK AS THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE FILIPINO RETAILERS’ FUND, WITH THE PROVINCIAL, CITY, AND MUNICIPAL TREASURERS AS ITS DEPUTIES.

Pursuant to the provisions of section 2 of Republic Act No. 1292, entitled “AN ACT TO ENCOURAGE FILIPINO RETAILERS AND TO CREATE THE FILIPINO RETAILERS’ FUND,” the Philippine National Bank is hereby designated to administer the revolving fund known as the “Filipino Retailers’ Fund” created under said Act, with the provincial, city, and municipal treasurers as its deputies. Done in the City of Manila, this 23rd day of September, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-five, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the tenth. (Sgd.)
