SUSPENDING HONORABLE AGUSTIN PINTANG, PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR OF ISABELA
Pending the final determination of the criminal case filed against Honorable Agustin Pintang, provincial governor of Isabela, for the crime of swindling, and to prevent the possible exercise of official authority to oppress, intimidate, or coerce prospective witnesses against him, I hereby order his immediate suspension from office. Done at the City of Manila, this second day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred-and thirty-nine, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the fourth. MANUEL L.
