APPOINTING THE HONORABLE RAMON FERNANDEZ, FORMER SENATOR, AS MEMBER OF THE COUNCIL OF STATE
Pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 5, dated July 12, 1946, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, do hereby appoint the Honorable Ramon Fernandez, former Senator as member of the Council of State. Done in the City of Manila, this 31st day of August, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-nine, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the fourth. (Sgd.)
