APPOINTING GENERAL EMILIO AGUINALDO AS MEMBER OF THE COUNCIL OF STATE
Pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 5, dated July 12, 1946, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, do hereby appoint General Emilio Aguinaldo as member of the Council of State. Done in the City of Manila, this 2nd day of September, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-nine, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the third. (Sgd.)
