SECTION 1. Section 1 of Administrative Order No. 101 is hereby amended to read as follows: “SECTION 1. There is hereby created a Human Rights Committee, to be composed of: The Secretary of Justice as Chairman. The Chairman of the Commission on Human Rights, the Presidential Legal Counsel, a Representative of the Department of National Defense, a Representative of the Department of the Interior and Local Government, a Representative of the Department of Foreign Affairs, a Representative of the Department of Health, a Representative of the Department of Social Welfare and Development, a Senator and a Congressman as the Senate President and the Speaker of the House of Representatives may wish to designate, and two representatives of private human rights groups to be nominated by said groups and appointed by the President, as members”.

SECTION 2. - This Administrative Order shall take effect immediately. Done in the City of Manila, this 14th day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety-two. (Sgd.) FIDEL V.
