[ ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 13, August 04, 1945 ]
CREATING A COMMITTEE TO INVESTIGATE THE SALE OF TEXTILES BY THE NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
For the purpose of investigating the sale of textiles made by the National Development Company, and in accordance with the request made by the Chairman of its Board of Directors, a committee is hereby constituted composed of the following: Solicitor General Lorenzo M. Tañada, Chairman Colonel H. Gilhouser - Member Mr. Juan Concon - Member For this purpose, the Committee is hereby authorized to summon witnesses and take testimony or evidence with all the incidental powers thereto as provided in section 580 of the Revised Administrative Code. The Committee shall report to the President of the Philippines as soon as possible its findings and recommendations. Done at the City of Manila, this 4th day of August, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-five, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the tenth. (Sgd.)
