ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 204 AUTHORIZING THE INCREASE OF CASH ALLOWANCE TO PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS FOR THE PURCHASE OF CHALKS, ERASERS, FORMS AND OTHER CLASSROOM SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS
SECTION 1. Increase in Cash Allowance for the Purchase of Chalks, Erasers, Forms and Other Classroom Supplies and Materials. - To lessen the teacher’s burden during actual teaching and enable them to better stir classroom interaction, an increase in said cash allowance is granted to public school classroom teachers under the Department of Education (DepEd), from P300 to P500 each per annum.
SECTION 2. The Department of Budget and Management is hereby directed to charge the funding support necessary to implement this Order against the available savings of the national government.
SECTION 3. The implementing rules and regulations covering this Order shall be issued by the DepEd and DBM.
