Conversion of the Hospital. The Don Salvador Benedicto Memorial Hospital in the City of La Carlota is hereby converted into a national hospital.

Appropriation of funds
Section 2.
Appropriation of funds. The amount needed for the operation of the hospital shall be determined in accordance with Section 40 of Presidential Decree No. 1177 and charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 80 for the Ministry of Health intended for new hospitals. Thereafter, funds for its maintenance and operation shall be provided for in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Minister of Health shall determine the manner by which said hospital shall be operational.

Effectivity
Section 3.
Effectivity. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
