An Act Changing the Name of Jacob Laya General Hospital, Amending for the Purpose Section One and the Title of Republic Act Numbered Sixty-Five Hundred and Eighty
Section 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Sixty-five hundred and eighty is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 1. The Central Ilocos Sur Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur is hereby converted into a general hospital to be known as Central Ilocos Sur General Hospital. This Hospital shall have a fifty bed capacity."
Section 2. The title of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows:
"An Act converting Central Ilocos Sur Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur into a fifty bed capacity General Hospital and authorizing the appropriation of funds therefor."
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
