Batas Pambansa Blg. 616
An Act Establishing a Municipal Hospital in the Municipality of Balamban, Province of Cebu, to be Known as the Balamban Municipal Hospital
Section 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister, Ministry of Health, a municipal hospital with ten-bed capacity in the Municipality of Balamban, Province of Cebu, to be known as the Balamban Municipal Hospital.
Section 2. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
