Commonwealth Act No. 247
AN ACT TO MAKE THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION TWO THOUSAND AND NINETY-SEVEN OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE APPLICABLE TO THE PROVINCIAL BOARDS OF ABRA, CAMARINES NORTE, MARINDUQUE, MASBATE AND ROMBLON, AND REPEALING THE SECOND PARAGRAPH OF THE SAID SECTION.
Section 1. The per diem for the members of the provincial boards of Abra, Camarines Norte, Marinduque, Masbate and Romblon, shall be fixed hereafter in accordance with the provisions of section two thousand and ninety-seven of the Administrative Code, repealing the second paragraph thereof. (awÞhi(
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
