AN ACT TO AMEND THE LAST ITEM OF THE SUBHEADING "V—SUMMARY" OF THE APPROPRIATION FOR THE NATIONAL LIBRARY MADE IN COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED TWO HUNDRED AND FORTY-FIVE SO AS TO MAKE THE PHRASE "LESS—FORCE SAVINGS, FROM SALARIES AND WAGES" TO READ "LESS—FORCED SAVINGS.
Section 1. The phrase "Less-forced savings from salaries and wages" appearing under subheading "V-Summary" of the appropriation for the National Library as provided in Commonwealth Act Numbered Two hundred and forty-five is hereby amended to read "Less-forced savings."
Section 2. This Act shall take effect as of January first, nine-teen hundred and thirty-eight.
