AN ACT TO AMEND COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED TWO HUNDRED FORTY ENTITLED " AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIVE MILLION FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BUILDINGS."
Section 1. The following items of appropriation under section one, paragraph A, of Commonwealth Act Numbered Two hundred forty are amended so as to read as follows:

Section 2. Item 33 under Albay of section one, subsection A of Commonwealth Act Numbered Two hundred forty is suppressed. ℒαwρhi৷
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved, October 27, 1939, with the exception of the following item: Section 1: Cagayan, Item 128.
