Section 1. Amendments to EO No. 53. (a) Section 1 is hereby amended to read as follows:

Unaffected provisions. —Except for the foregoing amendments, all other provisions of EO No. 53 shall remain in full force and effect.

Repeal. All orders, rules and regulations, issuances, or any part thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this Order, are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
