Executive Order No. 11 (1913) — Until otherwise provided by law or executive order, the following portions of Manila reclamation area No. 1 are hereby withdrawn from the operation of subsection (b) of section two Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and fifty-four of the Philippine Commission and are designated and specified for the public uses herein below enumerated:

For the use of Bureau of Customs, block No. 23.

For the use of the Bureau of Supply, blocks Nos. 20, 22, and a revocable permit for the use of block No. 64 for storage of structural steel.
