Placing the FDCP under the Oversight of the DTI

Section 1.

Placing the FDCP under the Oversight of the DTI. —Oversight of the FDCP is hereby transferred from the DepEd to the DTI. ℒαwρhi৷ The DTI shall exercise its oversight over the FDCP under the terms governing the relationship of administrative supervision.

Section 2

Repeal

Section 2.

Repeal. —All orders, rules, regulations and issuances or parts thereof, which are inconsistent with this Order, are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.

Effectivity

Section 3.

Effectivity. —This Order shall take effect immediately.
