Executive Order No. 166 (2014)
—pursuant to Section 79 of Republic Act No, 10633, or the —General Appropriations Act of 2014,— unless otherwise provided by law or directed by the President of the Philippines, no organizational units or changes in key positions in any department, bureau, and office of the National Government, including SUCs shall be authorized in their respective organizational structures and staffing patterns and funded from appropriations provided under this Act.
Section 1.
Chairmanship. —The Presidential Assistant for Food Security and Agricultural Modernization shall henceforth be the Chairman, in an ex officio capacity, of the Governing Bodies of the following;
a) National Food Authority;
b) National Irrigation Administration;
c) Philippine Coconut Authority, and
d) Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority.
Section 2.
Repeal. —All issuances, orders, rules and regulations, or parts thereof, which are inconsistent with this Order are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.
Section 3.
Effectivity. This Order shall take effect immediately.
