SECTION 1

Rates for Articles in Annexes A and B

SECTION 1.

Rates for Articles in Annexes A and B. From the date of effectivity of this Executive Order, the articles specifically listed in Annexes A and B hereof, as classified under Section 104 of the TCCP, as amended, which are entered or withdrawn from warehouses in the Philippines shall be subject to the MFN rates of inn port duty indicated in Column 4 of said Annexes.

Rates for Articles in Annexes A and B upon the Expiration of the Waiver. The concession entered by the Philippine government shall cease to exist upon the expiration of the Waiver. The MFN rates of duty as provided for in Column 5 of Annexes A and B shall then apply.

Articles represented with XXX. The Nomenclature and the rates of import duty on tariff headings not enumerated and those listed but represented by the symbol XXX shall remain in force and in effect.

Repeal

Repeal. All other Presidential issuances, administrative rules and regulations, or parts thereof, which are inconsistent with this Executive Order are hereby revoked or modified accordingly.

Separability

Separability. If any provision of this Executive Order is declared invalid or unconstitutional, the other provisions not affected thereby shall remain valid and subsisting.

Effectivity

Effectivity. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately following its complete publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines.
