By virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution and laws; of the Philippines, I, ELPIDIO QUIRINO , President of the Philippines, do hereby order that Executive Order No. 62, dated June 21, 1947, entitled j —Regulating Rentals for Houses and Lots for Residential Buildings,— shall be in force until December 31, 1949. 1a⍵⍴h!1
