Revocation of EO 427

SECTION 1.

Revocation of EO 427. Executive Order No. 427 (s. 2005) is hereby revoked. The repair, maintenance and management of the facilities subject of the said EO are hereby returned to the DPWH.

SECTION 2

Repeal

SECTION 2.

Repeal. All orders, proclamations, rules, regulations, or parts thereof, which are inconsistent with this Order are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.

SECTION 3

Effectivity

SECTION 3.

Effectivity. This Order shall take effect immediately upon publication.
