Executive Order No. 220 (1956) — , President of the Philippines, do hereby order that the various administrative actions required by Executive Order No. 209 dated October 19, 1956, and Reorganization Plan No. 60 relative to Public Utilities Regulation and Land Transportation shall be taken within seventy (70) days from October 19, 1956.
