CREATING A COMMITTEE TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF ESTABLISHING A RESETTLEMENT AREA IN MONTALBAN, RIZAL
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS , President of the Philippines, do hereby create a committee composed of the following:

Chairman
Governor Conrado Estrella
Co-Chairman
Director of Lands
Member
Monsignor Mariano Gaviola or his representative
Member
PHHC General Manager Sebastian Santiago or his representative
Member
to study the feasibility of setting aside a portion of public land in Montalban, Rizal, for resettlement purposes of squatters and persons displaced from the metropolitan areas, and for the establishment thereon of cooperative farms and/or an industrial complex.
The committee shall submit its report and recommendation to the President as soon as possible, including the necessary draft of proclamation for the purpose.
