The following ports are hereby included in the classification of National Ports open to coastwise trade:

Executive Order No. 72, dated December 3, 1936, as amended by Executive Orders Nos. 195 and 254, dated March 13, 1939 and February 20, 1940, respectively, is further amended accordingly. 7!ᕼdMᗄ7
