Executive Order No. 331 (1988)
WHEREAS, Regional Act No. 6658 "An Act Creating the Cordillera Regional Consultative Commission, Prescribing its Powers, Functions and Duties, Providing Funds Therefor, and For Other Purposes", provides that the President shall designate the person who shall take charge of all arrangements for the convening of the said Regional Consultative Commission;

Sec. 2. Undersecretary Ramon K. Katigbak of the Department of Finance is duly authorized to be the representative of the President to convene the Commission and to preside at its opening session until a presiding officer is elected by the Commission.
Sec. 3
Sec. 3. The opening session of the Commission shall be held in the City of Baguio on July 23, 1988 at 10:00 o'clock in the morning.
Sec. 4
Sec. 4. The Secretary of Budget and Management is directed to release to the Cordillera Regional Consultative Commission, as soon as it convenes, such funds as are necessary for its operations.
