Executive Order No. 375 (1989)
WHEREAS, the coordination and supervision of the planning and implementation of specific projects on the Cotabato-Agusan River Basin are presently undertaken by the Cotabato-Agusan River Basin Program Office, which is attached to the Department of Public Works and Highways; and
Sec. 1. Disposition of the Cotabato- Agusan River Basin Program Office. The Cotabato-Agusan River Basin Program Office is hereby constituted as a Project Management Office under the Department of Public Works and Highways.
Sec. 2. Funding. The budgetary outlay for FY 1989 of the Cotabato-Agusan River Basin Program Office as provided under Republic Act No. 6688 shall be released to the Department of Public Works and Highways. Succeeding appropriations for the project Management Office shall be provided under the Department of Public Works and Highways.
Sec. 3. Repealing Clause. All orders, rules, regulations, and other issuances or parts thereof, which are inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
Sec. 4. Effectivity Clause. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
