Section 1. Amending Section 3 of Executive Order No. 364. Section 3 of Executive Order No. 364, dated September 27, 2004 shall now read as follows:

pursuant to the Administrative Code of 1987, the President has the continuing authority to reorganize the administrative structure of the National Government.
