Executive Order No. 390 (2004)
Executive Order No. 171 was approved on January 22, 2003 to encourage and give an opportunity to the holders of loose firearms to obtain the required firearms license and to increase Firearms Ballistics Data Bank of the Philippine National Police;
Section 1. The period for the registration and licensing of all loose firearms provided for in Executive Order No. 171 is hereby extended to one (1) year, up to September 30, 2005, and to utilize the funds from the proceeds thereof in accordance with the provisions of Executive Order No. 171.
Section 2. All orders, issuances, rules and regulations or part thereof inconsistent with this Executive Order are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. 1a⍵⍴h!1
Section 3. This order shall take effect immediately. Done in the City of Manila this 13th day of December in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Four.
